A big thank you to you all for the furniture that arrived this afternoon. It all looks absolutely brilliant - just what we had been hoping for. The bureau/desk in the living room looks fantastic - especially with all the existing furniture we already have from you.

In the bedroom, the maple is a lovely colour - and the detailing in all the pieces is exquisite.

Keith and his colleague did a fantastic job unloading everything with great care and putting into position - despite having had a very difficult drive down to us, and finding that our front door is rather a long way from the road. Very polite, very friendly - a real credit to Sitting Firm

Everything looks absolutely great. The bench is perfect - the children have fallen in love with it already! Wish I had ordered two benches!

Chairs look beautiful and I am really thrilled - but I think we may need a new table to show them off!

Hope your Dad's journey home was a lot better than the journey south - it was a horrendous day for him I think!

I don't know if this will get to you as I guessed at your email address based on Kirsty's. I just thought that you should know again how helpful, patient and responsive Kirsty has been with my design for a Hatton type bedside cabinet. The space it has to go in is very tight and my spatial awareness is zero (although it is getting better!). Kirsty has been wonderful and is a real asset to your company.

Kirsty knows how much I appreciate what she has done but I just felt I should feed this back to you as well. In a world where customer service is so often non existent, it has been a real pleasure to deal with her.

Thanks for all your help 'with the personal touch' from the choosing stage to delivery. Very beautiful furniture indeed and to be used this evening for a dinner party!
If I sounded a bit 'disconnected' when we spoke last Tuesday it was because I was fast asleep on the sofa, having had to take a day off with a shocking cold. (When we get our new sofa I won't be allowed to kip in the lounge!)
